MANAGING PARTNER

Rob started his career in dental technology in 1982, working and learning as an in-house technician for Dr. Robert Fexa, a talented and well-respected prosthodontist. A lab owner since 1989, Rob has extensive experience in all aspects of crown and bridge, implants, and digital restorative dentistry. Rob wears many hats. First and foremost, he oversees from start to finish, every case that comes through the lab. Rob is responsible for not only hands-on design and fabrication, but also the final quality control checks of each and every case before it gets delivered to the doctor. Rob handles calls daily from our doctors. He assists with questions and offers professional advice.

Rob enjoys traveling with his wife Tammy, as well as spending time with their family.

Glen started his career in dental technology in 1975. He honed his craft working as an in-house technician for Dr. Robert Fexa. Glen is skilled in all aspects of crown and bridge and implant restorative dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience not only to routine cases, but also to the esthetically and technically challenging cases. Our clients have come to rely on Glen’s support and guidance, and he communicates with them daily to achieve a successful result.

Glen enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, getting together with their family and friends, and golfing.

BOOKKEEPING

Rob and Glen’s sister, Gail, began working at the lab in 1990, doing pickups and deliveries, billing, case processing and coordination, and bookkeeping. Gail continues to take care of the bookkeeping and billing, helping to keep the business-end of the lab running smoothly.

LEAD TECHNICIAN

Sassi joined our team in 2013 and since then has developed her technical skills to become a highly skilled technician. Sassi’s areas of expertise include 3-Shape digital case design, including designs from intra-oral scans, building and finishing porcelain, and finishing full contour and implant restorations. Sassi also runs our stain and glaze department. That is where her artistry really shines, as she brings our restorations to life, especially those difficult, highly characterized custom shades.

Sassi enjoys art, music, and spending time with friends and family.

MODELS

Cheryl has been an indispensable member of our team. Since 1991, she has specialized in and solely run our model department. Cheryl knows models! The quality of her work is second to none. A quality, accurate restoration begins with the model, and no one produces a better, more accurate model than Cheryl.

Cheryl enjoys doing crafts and spending time with her husband Todd.

BILLING, CASE COORDINATION, SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Kathi (Sassi’s mom) has been with our lab since 2006 and is an invaluable member of our team. Kathi’s primary roles are billing, case coordination, preparing cases for delivery, and processing new cases as they come in. Kathy also has varied technical skills, which allow her to work as a support technician for both crown and bridge and models. When you or your office staff call the lab, Kathi’s helpful voice is the one you will most likely be greeted with.

Kathi enjoys cooking, reading, and golden retrievers.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Maureen’s friendly face is the one your office will see most often as she goes out and about, picking up and delivering cases throughout the Lehigh Valley. Better than UPS, more reliable than FedEx, Maureen works hard to ensure that your cases are delivered safely and in a timely manner.
